Tyra Dorosh

Background

Tyra Dorosh is a senior public sector leader with more than 20 years of experience in information technology, business service management, governance, procurement, and enterprise service delivery within the Government of Saskatchewan. As Executive Director of the Office of the Chief Information Officer, Tyra provides strategic leadership for corporate planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, project oversight, and operational excellence across the province’s IT landscape.

Throughout a progressive career in the Information Technology Office, Tyra has led major enterprise initiatives in digital transformation, vendor management, service modernization, and government-wide IT policy development. This includes oversight of large-scale contracts, enterprise portfolios, cross-government collaboration tables, and strategic partnerships with industry, federal and provincial tables, and public sector stakeholders. Known for strong political acumen and a collaborative leadership style, Tyra brings deep expertise in aligning technology strategy with business priorities, improving service delivery, and supporting innovation across government.
